After a slight break from them, I got back to Chinese food trucks around campus. The Teriyaki Pork from Tang Chinese Food made me a happy student for that day. The lady was very nice about giving me more vegetables and less rice, with extra sauce. I love steamed veggies with sauce so it was perfect. The sauce was sweet and paired with the sweet Chinese barbeque pork, which was premade; it was different levels of sweet and deliciousness. Even though they do not stir-fry the dishes on the spot, it was hot and healthy… and comforting.
